A music concert / performance series curated by John P. Hastings. Performances currently take place at Presents Gallery in Wallabout / Clinton Hill, Brooklyn: 64 Washington Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11205. Presents Gallery is a multi-use performance and arts space directed by George Spencer. Presents Gallery can be found on the web at www.presentsgallery.net. The Sound Series is sponsored, in part, by the Greater New York Arts Development Fund of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, administered by Brooklyn Arts Council, Inc. (BAC).
Sound Series at Presents Gallery has its first concert on Saturday November 20, at 8pm. Barry Chabala and John P. Hastings perform works for guitar by such composers as John Cage, Michael Parsons and others.
